Entre Alcântara e Belém, junto ao rio Tejo e ao Centro de Congresso de Lisboa, vai nascer o primeiro hotel da cadeia internacional Hyatt em Portugal. Terá 200 unidades de alojamento e deverá abrir em 2020.
