Penguin to publish Disney books in India
Disney's iconic Mickey and Friends characters as well as Aladdin, Peter Pan, Pinocchio, Dumbo and the cast of "Jungle Book" will now be published in the country by Penguin Random House, which on Tuesday announced the launch with Disney India's consumer products business.

Government considering amendments to Companies Act, Arun Jaitley says
To further improve ease of doing business, the government is considering amendments to the Companies Act, corporate affairs minister Arun Jaitley said. The Companies Law Committee, which submitted its report to the government on February 1, has suggested amendments to 78 sections of the act.
